    Houston-Nice Sister City Association is a proud partner of Francophonie-French Culture 2019 organized by Cultural Services, French Embassy, in Houston.
    Ghislaine Thomsen and Lina Corinth, Vice PrĂ©sident of the Houston-Nice Sister City Association presents the 2019 Carnival After-Hours at the Aperitivo, Granduca Hotel, Thursday, March 14, 5:00 pm to 7 pm – Library, Piano Bar. Free appetizers “The Aperitivo” with purchase of drinks. Bar open until 11 pm. Free Valet parking upon stamped receipt.
    We encourage guests to wear costumes and any film themed items to reflect our Sister City Nice Carnival 2019 theme: “All Hail the King of Cinema” “Roi du CinĂ©ma”
