The U.S.- Russia Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce their 7th Annual OTC reception – one of their largest annual events attended by oil and gas industry leaders and government officials from around the world. This Annual Welcome Reception will honor delegations from Russia and Kazakhstan to the Offshore Technology Conference.

The Offshore Technology Conference is the largest oil and gas sector trade show in the world. From May 2nd through May 6th, this conference provides energy professionals the opportunity to meet and exchange ideas and opinions to advance scientific and technical knowledge for offshore resources and environmental matters. University of Saint-Thomas Council of Clubs – Each month, the Board of Directors of Sister Cities of Houston meet to discuss ongoing business and initiatives.
