This Annual Welcome Reception will honor delegations from Russia and Kazakhstan to the Offshore Technology Conference.
The Offshore Technology Conference is the largest oil and gas sector trade show in the world. From May 2nd through May 6th, this conference provides energy professionals the opportunity to meet and exchange ideas and opinions to advance scientific and technical knowledge for offshore resources and environmental matters.
