Muhammad Saeed Sheikh, President of the Houston Karachi Sister City Association received the "2017 Sylvester Turner Perseverance Top Ten Honoree Award” at the Tri-County Regional Black Chamber of Commerce 2017 Plan of Work 4th International Conference & 1st Awards Gala.
Tri- County Regional Black Chamber of Commerce held its 2017 Plan of Work 4th International Conference & 1st Awards Gala on February 23, 2017 at the Bayou City Event Center. Prominent Community Volunteer and President of the Houston Karachi Sister City Association, Muhammad Saeed Sheikh, was publicly nominated and received the “2017 Sylvester Turner Perseverance Top Ten Honorees Award” along with United States Congress Recognition by Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee. Muhammad Saeed Sheikh became the first Pakistani American honored by the Tri-County Regional Black Chamber of Commerce.
