October 2, 2019 – “A Little Day Music” performance by Da Camera Young Artists
Join Da Camera Young Artists for “A Little Day Music” as they perform a concert celebrating some of Houston’s Sister Cities. Da Camera Young Artists will be performing works by composers from Taipei, Perth, Baku, and Leipzig (Bach!). There is no cost to attend, bring a lunch and we’ll see you there!

Houston-Nice Sister City Association is a proud Partner-Advisor to curator Yvonamor Palix for the 2019 International Art Biennal at Sawyer Yards, 1824 Spring Street.
Yvonamor is a well-known curator and gallery owner in Houston! She is from Mexico and she is also a French citizen. Her father who lives in Houston was a former Mexican diplomat and former Consul of Mexico in Houston.
21 countries will be represented by exhibiting artists!
Reception-Opening Friday, October 4th, 6:30 to 8:30 pm with welcome words by Alexis Andres, Consul Général of France in Houston.

The Houston-Leipzig Sister City Association cordially invites you to join us on Thursday, October 10, 2019, at 6:30 p.m. for a tour of Station Houston, Houston’s Tech Incubator heart of its innovation plan for the 21st Century. Deanea LeFlore is Station Houston’s Director of Community Engagement, Partnerships & Education, and will give us a tour of their impressive facilities (free beer!).
