    Celebrating in Houston the  Carnival of Nice. A get-together with our Sister cities of Houston, our City and diverse community. As this year’s theme is the King of Animals, we encourage to wear  costumes or any garment reflecting that theme. Free entrance. Prizes for best costumes or appearance.
